Program Description

You'll start with a choice of two, four, or six private sessions focusing on the movements frequently utilized in strength training and CrossFit.


For those interested in private or semi-private sessions, we offer a more personalized approach to gear you up for our private programs. If your aim includes joining group classes, you'll gain access as soon as you're comfortable. While some athletes jump in during the first week, others may take a few weeks to decide. Your coach will assist you in making the best choice for your needs and guide you through the signup process!
