Private Training

Semi-Private Training
Our semi-private strength training sessions are crafted to help you build strength, improve muscle definition, and bulletproof your body—all in a small, focused group of up to five athletes.
Each session includes a full-body workout, balancing upper and lower body strength exercises with targeted movements for areas like arms and core. Alternatively, you can join one of our specialized 8-week programs that focus on specific areas such as glutes and core or chest and back, giving you the flexibility to tailor your training to your goals.
The semi-private setting allows for more personalized coaching, ensuring you get the guidance you need to perfect your form, push your limits safely, and see results faster. Sessions are deliberately slower-paced than traditional CrossFit classes, with an emphasis on heavier lifts, controlled movements, and improved technique.
